To further review, we will need to see the window sash removed where we can view the style of the pivot shoe that the coils are connected to. We will also need to know if the thickness of the coil springs measure 3/8" or 1/2" along with if there are any numbers stamped onto the metal coils.

I cannot fully confirm with the sash still installed, but start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 17/32" thick 15-199 pivot shoe. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit!
For a 1/2" coil spring, you will need the Series 160. Since there are no markings, we will need to know the weight of the window sash. The sash will need to be removed and placed on a bathroom scale. From there we can determine the correct weighted options for your window.
