Need replacement parts for DH Silverline window.

Question

The t-lock balance show, close cam is busted on all 4 channel balance rods. I would like to replace all 4 block and tackle balance rods. THE bottow window rods ar 16" and the top window rods are 14".

Hello,

We can't be positive with your shoe still installed but it resembles an older Silverline part, which was replaced with the 15-046 pivot shoe. The tilt spiral balances would be the (5/8") S600-14 and S600-16. We also suggest our charging tool, the 75-006, to make charging and installation easier. Thanks for posting!
