Need replacement parts for Prism double hung

Thanks for posting. This pivot shoe looks akin to the 15-192 Certainteed shoe; however we have found this Certainteed will not fit your particularly window unless the aligners on its surface are rubbed down. We have devised an alternative solution: our 15-259 shoe; but if you do this you will need to replace the coil system as well with the Series 159 Coil Balances. The video below shows how to do this.
