Need replacement parts for Silverline single hung tilt window

Question

Need 10 balancers, 10 pivot lock shoes for Silverline single hung vinyl tilt window. The number stamped on the balancer says SL 26 5. Could you please help me identify the correct parts to order from SWISCO. Photos attached. Please call to discuss if possible. Thank you for your assistance. Dan

The S765-27 (26-5) channel balance comes to mind, but you would need to check an intact balance to confirm if the top installs the same way. See our product image below.

As for the pivot shoe, we should be able to supply a replacement, but we would need to see yours uninstalled, as well as have you write out the exact width and thickness. The video below shows a different type of balance but the pivot shoe removal process would be the same. Thank you!
