Need replacement parts for Simonton window (both sides)

Question

The coil spring is 0.5" wide and is stamped with #3.5 35"
The pivot shoe is 0.5" thick
Looks like one bumper is missing, should I replace it with two new ones?
Do I need any other parts?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe appears to be the 15-199. Since the springs are 1/2" thick and are stamped with #3.5, see the S160-03 3.5-pound coil spring.

If you're reusing your old coil supports and need a new bumper, see the 15-148. You only need to replace what's broken.
