Need replacement parts, 28 " assembly for 31 lb window. Block/Tackle screw mount at the top. 1 1/4 inch shoe, 9/16 plain channel

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. This balance is a bit of a strange one, and I've had a little trouble finding it. I'm reminded of our Series 795, but I'm not 100% sure if this will work as a replacement. Please give us a little more time, I'm going to have some other guys here look it over. I hope to have an answer for you soon one way or another.

Hello! Tom was right, our Series 795 is the best option we have for this older balance. Specifically, I recommend our S795-27 with a 27E stamp option for sashes weighing 26 through 30 pounds. You mention your sash is 31 pounds, which is a little heavier than what your original spring was rated for. If you ever found that your original balance was a little on the weak side, you could consider our 27F option for sashes weighing 30 through 34 pounds.
