Need replacement - pivot shoe broken

A handy person from North Carolina says:
I have two coil balances on 2 identical windows with broken pivot shoes. One is the right side and the other is on the left side. They are 1 1/4 wide and the coil spring attaches to the pivot shoe with a screw. Could you please recommend a suitable replacements?

Thanks!

Hello!

I'm afraid we don't carry this exact pivot shoe but you can replace it with our 15-259 and Series 159 coil balances as shown in the video below. Assuming your sash weighs exactly 16 pounds and you have a total of 2 springs in the window, you can use (1) S159-8 8.5 pound coil spring on each side which will total 17 pounds of overall support. So long as the spring weights are within a pound of your sash's actual weight, this setup should work for you.

Let me know if you have any questions!
