Need replacement plastic cover

I couldn't find any names, numbers or other window ID. Double hung window. The plastic cover for the coil is broken and is preventing full bottom half of window opening. I need a new plastic part

Hello there! Thanks for reaching out to us. We don't sell this exact coil cover but we may still be able to help. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe, preferably removed from the window? If we can ID the pivot shoe, we can determine the compatible springs.

I couldn't remove the pivot shoe. Here is a picture of it.

This will do! This pivot shoe isn't something we sell but the 15-177 is very similar. The Series 152 are the compatible springs. If your old spring band is 1/2" wide, you may be able to use the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 cap, and 15-145 barrel which "sandwich" around the spring.
