Need replacement rollers for doors

The label is the only identifiable anything. Want to know which rollers to purchase first without having to remove the doors to remove and match rollers. Doors are a 48" wide and 79" tall. All 3 panels open and should slide. Please advise.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to ID your rollers without removing the door first. I know that that's not the news you wanted to hear, but you have no choice. That's just the way they're designed. There is no identifying mark on the door that will give you this information. The only way forward is to use the original rollers as a reference.

When you do remove your rollers, we will have to see a clear photo of the back, side, and top. It would also be helpful if you write out the dimensions for me to review.
