Need replacement surface latch

Hello,

I just recently moved into a place, and the sliding glass doors all have this plastic latch on them. They are all broken, and I can't seem to find a replacement. The door handle itself is still fine, but the plastic latch is blown out, and none of the standard hook style latch handles have the latch that is this style. I could just replace it with the aluminum latch this handle now comes with, but I'm hoping to just find a direct replacement.
