Need replacement tilt window channel balance

I have upper and lower window channel balances for unknown manufacture I need to replace. They are for tilt windows, measure 28 3/16 long, 9/16 wide with 26rb B.S.I stamped on them.

It's tough to tell from this photo, but this looks like it could be a match for our Series 751 channel balance. Look this over and let me know what you think.

That looks very much like it but the optional BALANCE KNIFE LOCK SHOE
Product Code: 15-014
is the shoe it uses on these, do you have the assemble with that shoe.

I'm not sure that I understand. The 15-014 is precisely the shoe that the Series 751 uses. Can you elaborate?
