Need replacement window coil balance

I need coil balance for my bathroom window. There is not name, markings on it it all. Can you help identify this part #?

Hello,

We can't say for sure what you need without seeing your assembly removed from the window but take a look and compare the specifications of our 15-177 pivot shoe, which uses Series 152 coil springs, to your original hardware. Thanks for posting!

If the shoes are good, can I just order then correct weighted springs and reuse the shoes?

Sure, you only need to replace the parts of your assembly that are broken.
