Need replacement window operator

Not sure on the manufacturer, it says Caradco on the handle but truth on some of the components.

I can see the following part numbers:

Hello! Please see our 39-155 and 39-156 to start out. Carefully review the dimensions we show for these products and let me know if they differ in any way.

Tom,

Thank you for getting back to me, the short arm measures exactly 3-13/16" but the long arm measures 10-9/16 from center of the mounting hole to the center of the plastic piece at the end of the arm. Close enough? I included another picture for your review.

I think that'll be perfectly fine. You won't notice that difference in length after they're installed.
