Hello,
I am in need of replacement window side balancers. They are 28" in length, and have the stamp of "27 3 LS Caldwell" on the side. I believe they have the winged ends. I have attached pictures. Please advise on what replacement parts I would order from you. Thank you!

Based on my findings and comparing to your equipment, I'm going to guess 28" Series 385 Channel Balance
S385-28

Based on your photos, you have either our S380-28 or S385-28. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.
