Need replacements

Several have broken so I need replacements but I don't see part numbers or any markings other than what's shown in the picture. Hope you can help. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend starting by removing your coil balance assembly from the window to compare to the specifications of the S140 shown below. Take a look and let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
