Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 15-177 pivot shoe which uses the Series 152 coil springs is my recommendation. Your original was discontinued but I'm confident this part will work for you.

As for the pivot bar, see how the specifications of the 26-352 and 26-226 compare to yours. I'm afraid we don't sell the pivot bar housing, unfortunately. I am very sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Emily!!
I just wanted to follow up with the coils I need. I weighed my window sash and it weighs 20lbs. There is the letter C on one coil and the letters CL on the other coil. What coils do you recommend for replacement ? Ty!!

Since the window sash weighs 20 pounds, I recommend using (2) S152-5 5-pound springs on each side of the window which will total 20 pounds of overall support.
