The pivot shoe shown in your photos looks like a match to the 15-177 shown below. This shoe is used with the Series 152 coil springs and related items listed on our product pages. My window weighs in at 8 pounds do i use 2 4 lbs or 2 8 lbs springs left & right

You would need one S152-4 coil spring on each side to support an 8-pound sash. Just let us know if you have any other questions.
