Please review the dimensions of the 15-087 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. The number on the housing indicates a 7 pound weight. See the S180-07 coil spring. Together with the other side, the total sash weight should weigh 14 pounds.
I recommend weighing the sash to confirm. Also this assembly is commonly used with either the 16-031 or 16-024 bracket. Compare both to the original in the window to confirm the best fit.
