Need roller tilt constant force balance

Thanks for posting, Elsa. That looks like a match for our 15-087 pivot shoe, which is compatible with our Series 180 spring.

However, I do notice one difference, which is the style of the cam. You mentioned that the part you already purchased didn't work, but you didn't go into any more detail. Is the style of the cam the reason why it isn't the right item? If so, you may run into the same issue with our 15-087.

Please clarify why the part you already purchased didn't work and we can work from there. Just to hedge our bets, I'd like to see a photo of the pivot bar the interacts with your old pivot shoe, too.

Ah, I see. I figured that was it. Can you show me the pivot bar? We don't have a pivot shoe just like yours, so we need to see if we can get the 15-087 to work. Since the cam is the issue, we need to see what goes into your cam now (the pivot bar). Hopefully from there we can find something similar to yours that will also work in the 15-087.

Aha, I see. Your pivot bar is definitely not going to fit in the 15-087. I can see now why your old pivot shoe cam had the design it had. 

I think our 15-087 can still work--or, that is to say, the new pivot shoe you already purchased--but you'll have to change that pivot bar out. Take a look at our 26-040 to start. This only uses one screw, but as long as its position is in the same as yours then it should install just fine in your window. If you can put this in your window then you can use your new shoe without issue. Let me know what you think.
