Need shoes/coils for 2013 RBS Performance Plus #8250, 19.5x53.75

Coil snapped - appears to be 4 lb.
"Installed" pics from right side, the defective parts/dimension pics are from the left. Probably need both sides. No markings other than "Pat Pending".

We don't sell this exact assembly, but it is very similar in design to our Series 140. If you have a 4 pound spring, that'd be our S140-04.

You mentioned that these are defective, though. Do you believe these to be the wrong parts, or did they just fail from old age? If you do think they may be the wrong calibration for the window you will need to weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best weight option.

Thanks for the info. Original parts - perfect operation/no issues before one side failed. Additional research has led me to believe that these are PivotTrue parts and that the RBS branded windows were manufactured by Midway Windows & Doors, Chicago. Your S140-04 looks like it may work but might require track mods to get it in and a new screw hole for the different coil cover design. I'm not here yet.
