Hello! We should be able to help you with this window, yes. Starting with the tilt latch, see our 26-243 and 26-244. I think these will match your old parts but make sure to review our dimensions before you buy anything.

For the coil balance assembly, see our 15-199 pivot shoe and then either our 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 coil spring. You will need to remove the old spring and measure it to determine whether you need the 1/2" or 3/8" version. Each size has its own plastic cover that is designed to work with it, which you can see on their respective store pages.

Note that all coil balance components are sold separately.

Hi Tom, this is the other window. Springs are 1/2inch and 8 pounds. I don't see exact replacement parts. The pivot piece is needed also. Should a person grease the springs and frames when installing the new parts? Thanks Randy

Thanks so much! These photos are perfect. Concerning the first batch, I was right in my initial assessment: this is a match for our 15-199 pivot shoe. Your next step is to pick between the 1/2" or 3/8" spring. Since there's no stamp on the old spring, you will also need to weigh your sash on a scale and divide that by how many springs support it in total.

For example, if the sash is 20 pounds and you have two springs per side, you would pick the 5 pound strength option.

As for the second batch of photos, see our 15-180 pivot shoe, Series 190 spring, and 15-186 clip.

There's no need to lubricate the springs prior to installation, however it can't hurt to spray the track with silicone. You can pick up silicone spray at any local hardware store.
