Need spring type balances for 1 single hung tilt sash

No identifying marks or manufacturer marks on the window. I do have a picture of an order number, but I don't think that will get us any info. Balances on both sides are busted. triple spring, not seeing the plastic parts on your website. I did pull out the springs where they attach to the sash pivot. no markings. I think the only way we get this is with pictures. Can you help?

Hi Jasmine, Both balances are broken. I removed the left side balance, took pictures and took a picture of the right side balance while still in the window frame. Also a picture of the only identifying mark I could find.

I am confident our 15-180 pivot shoe is the correct replacement. These are compatible with the Series 190 coil balance springs.

To confirm which spring strength is needed, you'll need to confirm if there are any stamps on the metal coil.

I took another look at the springs and there is indeed very lightly stamped numbers. The end the "single coil" has a 6 stamped in it, and the end that broke off the "double coil" has a 5 stamped on it.

Also do you sell tilt latches as well. One of them is broke on the window and needs to be replaced. I can get the dimensions and a picture, just did not know if you sold them.

Okay, great! So then you'll need the S190-540 and S190-640 coil balances.

To identify the tilt latches, I'll need to see a photo of them to make the best replacement recommendation.
