Need the spring, upper and lower portions of the balance system

Trying to ID the upper portion, the tilt shoe, and the spring, or help me determine how to better ID the spring we need for this unit. Thank you...

Hello,

Take a look and compare our 15-111 pivot shoe, Series 160 sash support system, as well as the related items on our product pages to your original hardware.

There should be a stamp near the end of the coil that anchors to the pivot shoe, which will indicate the strength option that you need for the S160 coil springs. Thank you!
