Need the spring and the plastic piece it coils into

Window brand is Radiance. The sash weighs about 18lbs.
There are letters a-f vertically on the plastic piece. To the side is a F. The other side just has pat pend.

I am very sorry for the long wait, but we appreciate your patience during an incredibly busy season.

We don't sell this exact shoe, but we recommend you consider the 15-177. You can use one S152-9 9-pound spring on each side of the window for a total of 18 pounds of support. Note that the springs are designed to attach to the side of the shoe with the 33-072 (sold separately).

If you need new coil supports, see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145. These sandwich over each spring.
