Need these parts for my window-

Question

Hello, could you please identify these parts so I can order from my window my window it was not able to stay up, so I think the springs are bad just going to replace both sides? Thanks in advance

Thanks for writing in! We do not have an exact match for the shoe you have here however, there is a chance that our 15-199 could work as a replacement for you. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right fit.

This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 coil spring or the 3/8" thick Series 165 coil spring. Once you've confirmed the series, you'll be able to use the stamps on the metal coils to determine the spring strength needed for your window.

If there are no stamps on the metal coil, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window and divide it by the total number of coils in the window.
