Need this replacement part

This is a picture of the coil balance cover that I need. I looked at the covers that you have but I don't see any that have 2 holes for the screws and I need 2 holes. It's for a half inch dual coil. The dimensions of this plastic cover are 4 inches top to bottom and about 1 & 1/8 wide. Thanks for any help.

For dual 1/2" coil spring support housings, you can use 15-150D. It only needs one screw for installation.
