Looks like you have the old Silverline 4000 Series window. The nylon pivot bar carrier looks like the 26-399 for the top sash. The pivot bar that is used with this is the 26-400. The bottom sash pivot bar would be the 26-330, which usually uses the 26-040 pivot bar. Compare dimensions to see what you think.
