Replacement Handle for Sliding Glass Door

Greetings,

Can anyone assist in how I might find a replacement handle for this sliding glass door?

P.S. The door is about 50 years old and there is no original company name on the handle or door itself. The handle is shot and the innards are not functioning.

The orientation of the locking hook is also important, which appears to be missing.
