Keyed Lock Handle Set, 6-1/2"

Greetings, Can anyone assist in how I might find a replacement handle for this sliding glass door? P.S. The door is about 50 years old and there is no original company name on the handle or door itself. The handle is shot and the innards are not functioning. Thanks!

Hello Swisco, I need to replace a sliding door handle/lock on a door from 1971. The wooden handle is on the inside and measures 11" and there is a stamp on the Crome part saying "Japan."
