Hello Swisco, I need to replace a sliding door handle/lock on a door from 1971. The wooden handle is on the inside and measures 11" and there is a stamp on the Crome part saying "Japan." Hi, They are 15/16" wide and exactly 7" tall.. Doors are 45 or so years old. You can see a contractor tried to retrofit something and it didn't work. I need both a left hand and right hand one. Thank you, Bill
