82-001K Keyed Lock Handle Set, 6-1/2"

The width of each piece is 15/16", the total length is 6-15/16", and the total thickness of the pieces back-to-back is 1-1/4". I hope these measurements help.

I'm looking for a replacement handle for our sliding glass door and the screws to attach to the existing holes is a 6 1/2" center to center. Any chance you have something that would work for that? I don't need the part that locks or that is in the door itself. Mine is black metal with a med colo ... (cont.)

Not sure if this is enough to identify what kind of handle this is. This is from a sliding 3 panel door. I believe the door is from the mid 1970's. Any help would be great. Looking for a more secure replacement.
