Patent number in the part is 6679000. Device is 2" long and 1/2 " deep

Sure, this looks like our 15-195 shoe, which is used on the Series 795 balance. I would just make sure that this is 1-1/4" wide. You might want to remove it from the track to be sure. If it's only 1" wide, you want our 15-194 instead.
