Need to buy some channel balance replacement

Hi,

I need to buy channel balance replacement to fix some of my windows, I took some photos for a one I removed, please see uploads. It has 2730 BSI on it.

Hi there!

Your balance appears to be a match for our S380-28 or S385-28 channel balance. These two parts may look the same at first glance but you'll notice the Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" deep shoe. Measure as shown in the image below to determine the best match. You'll also need the 2730 strength option.
