Need to determine what to order

Question

I have patriot windows which are about 12 years old the show is broken And I am not sure which part number to order.
As you can see from the photo the actual hook where it attaches to the rail are broken off If you need more info please let me know

Hello,

We carry our 15-194 and 15-195 T-lock shoes but, unfortunately, the will not work with your existing balance channels because of the groove at the top of your shoe that ours does not have. You'll need to replace the entire balance with our S795 channel balance, which comes with these shoes already attached. You'll just need to measure the length of your metal channel and locate the stamp on the back of the channel to know exactly what to order. Thank you!
