Need to figure out replacement part

Good morning,
I have Simonton windows in my home, and the white plastic casing around the bottom part of the window that goes up and down and holds it in place when the window tilts in for cleaning is broken and needs to be replaced. I have included pictures of the part #, what the broken part looks like, and then both side of the window (one that is missing the part and one that is still in place).

Hello Rob. That pivot shoe fragment looks similar to the design of our 15-192 Certainteed Pivot Shoe. This style of shoe is often seen on Simonton windows; however in recent years we've learned the 15-192 doesn't always work well in Simonton windows, not without some modification. Specifically, you might have to 'rub down' the aligners on the body of the 15-192 to get it to fit your window.

Because of these issues, we've come up with an alternative solution. The 15-259 Pivot Shoe should be able to fit your window track. The catch is that you'd have to replace the entire coil balance assembly as well (the springs attached to the shoe that regulate the movement of the window). Specifically you'd need to use our Series 159 Coil Balances with the new shoe. While we are fairly confident in this substitution, we're still gathering customer responses on how it works for them, so if you give it a shot, do let us know how you make out.
