Need to find shoes + corresponding balance

Quick Learner from new england
I have a balance (that is screwed in at the top) and a shoe for the balance that I need help identifying. I would like to purchase 2 of each and of any other item that is needed. It is a non-tilt window.

Hello,

It looks like you have balances similar the the S795, but we can't confirm exactly what you need based on your photos. If you could remove an intact balance with an undamaged pivot shoe, as well as show us the metal clip at the end of the pulley cord, that would help us confirm if our stock balance would work for your repair. We'll also nee to know the stamp code on the balance channel. Thank you!

Hi you can see photos of everything I have here. The length is: 22 inches. Unfortunately there were no stamps on the balance itself.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you should be okay to go with the stock S795-22 channel balances since your clip at the end of the pulley appears to install with a screw.

If there are no stamp codes, you'll also need to weigh your sash to determine which option you'll need. There is a chart on the product page that explains how to choose your option based on the sash weight.

As for your tilt latches, you can start by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 to an intact latch. Thanks for posting!
