Need to find the correct Channel (1630P) and how to replace

A home owner from Peabody, MA says:
Good Morning, these channels fell out of the window....while someone was opening the window. I have no idea how. I'm assuming one of the clips broke. Happened on two windows on Thanksgiving. I'd like to purchase 4, 2 per window and replace them. I've included the photos of one of the channels. Please let me know if you have them in stock and cost. They are approximately 17" long.
Also, would you have directions on how to replace them...I've watched some YouTube videos...seems pretty straight forward. Thanks for all your help.

Thank you for contacting us, and for the detailed information. Looks like the springs broke, which would explain why they fell out. I recommend looking at our S390-17 channel balance with a 1630 option to start out. Just make sure the nylon attachments are the same size. As for instructions, watch out video below.
