Need to find/pick a correct window channel balance

Hi,
I have never needed this before... I was searching your website and found what I believe Product Code: S380-26 which should be similar to mine(images attached) Caldwell 25 3 and since weight rating of the sash is 3, then 2560 or 2565 option should be correct. Please direct/suggest the correct item if I am wrong.

Thanks for posting, Slava. Yes, this is very likely an S380-26, or maybe the S385-26. Before we go too far however, can you send me some photos of the 'guts' or underbelly of the balance? Some balances from the Pacific coast have a special configuration we have to account for. Once I take a look at that we can move this along.

Thanks for getting back to me. Here are couple of more photos you asked for. I believe since the number on the part is 25 3, I may need 2530 option instead of my initial comment of 2560/65.

Thanks for getting back to me, Slava. These photos confirm that this balance is most likely an S380-26 or S385-26, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See the diagram below. You are correct, for the stamp option you will choose 2530. Let me know if you have any other questions.
