Need to get replacement for the window channel balance

One of my channel balances is broken. Markings on the part 20 4 eu cmo 2.

Thanks for posting. I think this is either an S380-21 or S385-21. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2040.

Hi Bob,
Thank you for the recommendation, I measured the shoe. My measuring tape has 1/16 marks. It appears to be close to 1&2/16. I'll choose S385. Question- part will come preassembled with the top and bottom plastic parts attached, right? Also, I would appriciate if you send me a link to a good video with installation instructions.

Yes, if the depth is greater than 1", the Series 385 makes the most sense here. Yes, the balances come fully assembled and ready to install. The video below shows how to install these sorts of channel balances. Let me know if you have further questions.
