Need to identify part/manufacturer of window

Quick Learner from Michigan
I've searched everywhere on the windows and can't locate the manufacturer. The only information I've been able to locate is the number stamped in between the panes of glass on the edge.. SNE IGCC CBA IGMAC (R) WI. Additionally, L13896Y27C3. I've included pictures of the channel as well as the part that has broken that attaches to the spring and where the pegs from the window attach. I have 5 other windows where the same part has broken. The windows are about 20 years old.

I'm not sure exactly who manufactured your window, but our 15-104 appears similar to the part you need. I'm afraid we cannot replace the spring itself, though. If you also need those you will have to contact a local mill work that still makes wood windows.

We too have no idea the manufacturer of our windows, house built in 2000. (We purchased the house in 2020) The windows are in good shape but weren't installed properly. A very reputable window company guy in our area said we could get new sashes and jam liners and remedy the problem we have been having. The only markings we could find were SNE IGCC CBA WI. I have been checking the internet to no avail. Can you help us? (the window contractor would be making the repairs)

btw, the approximate size of the double hung windows/bottom VISIBLE 26 3/4 w x 32 7/8 h...if that helps.

Thanks in advance

Hello, David and Jane. I hate to say it but we don't sell replacement jamb liners or sashes. We only sell smaller replacement parts. The given markings also do not tell me who made the window. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
