A home owner from Oxnard, California says:
I need to replace both the right and left window crank assemble. The plastic round piece slips out of the track. The track is 7" and the arm is around 9". Thank you for your assistance

Bob from SWISCO responded:

If the straight arm is 9-1/2" long, see our 39-027E or 39-028E operators. The 39-114L handle can work with these assemblies. For a new track see the 39-533. Take a look and see if you think these parts match what you need.
