Need to identify window pivot shoe

Question

The metal pivot point fractured (can partly see from the pictures) when the window was tilted.  Can you determine the type of pivot shoe in the photos? There is a "G" molded on the inside of the shoe. Looks like a coil balance shoe.

Based on your photos it looks like you have our 15-177 coil balance shoe.

Just a tip for the future too- make sure to raise your sash a few inches before tilting it in.
