Thanks for your post! This shoe is no longer available but the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe should work to replace it. It is compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance; attached using the 33-072 screw. To replace the coil supports, you'll need the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel. All three snap together around one coil.

To determine the correct replacement for the coils you'll need to remove them and check for a stamp/marking. If there aren't any, please see the tutorial (tagged below this thread) for instructions on selecting the coil weight option.
