Need to know weight rating of balance

Your stamp "2290" is actually from an older rating system that we don't use. To know that option to select, weigh your sash on a scale and refer to the chart on the S390-23's store page. This chart will show you which option you'll need based on the weight of your sash. 

Just note, our Series 390 comes with the 15-001 1-1/8" deep shoe so make sure yours matches this. We also carry the Series 351, which has similar fittings but it has a 15-002 1" deep shoe.
