18" Series 400 Spiral Balance
Product Code: S400-18
need to know what bracket and sash guide to use. Please Advise. I have attached pics

Thanks for posting. I can see your top sash guide, which looks like our 18-005. However, this would normally take our S300-18 balance. Can you confirm that you don't have this, rather than the S400-18?
