Need to know what model to order
Thanks for posting. See our S380-29 Channel Balance. This might be what you have, but make sure the shoe depth is 1". The shoe depth is the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See below. Let me know if your shoe's depth differs. For a stamp option choose 2840.
If your shoe is 7/8", then you have two options available to you.
The first is to go with the 1" shoe that's included with the S380-29 and shave it down to size. I've done this myself in a pinch and it works perfectly fine. Just note that any product altered in this way cannot be returned for a refund.
The other option is to have a balance custom ordered with our 15-029 shoe. We can make this for you here in our shop to the same specifications as the original assembly. However, custom balances also cannot be returned for a refund, so that's another thing to keep in mind.
The choice is ultimately yours. Just let me know how you want to proceed.
