Need to know what parts to order

Question

The sash is a 28C total length 29 inches.there are two in the window one on each side. I am having a hard time identifying the top & bottom Part to go on the sash balance. The sash balance is 1/2 inch wide.

The company that made your window balance system went out of business. We think you have our S380-29, 29" Series 380 channel balance with 19-005 balance top and 15-005 (1" depth) bottom shoe. Please compare. If it looks like a good fit, choose stamp option 2830, this replaces 28C.
