Hi thanks so much for your help. I have another broken channel guide. I think I have matched it to 21" SERIES 395 CHANNEL BALANCE, but not sure of which option # to choose (2010 -2040?)

This balance also loos compatible with the S395-21. However, since your stamping does not match any of our stamp options, the only way to determine the proper option, you would need to remove the sash and weight it on a scale. From there, refer back to the sash weight chart on the product page and choose the most appropriate option for the sash weight.
