Need to open/close mechanism for small casement window

My mechanism is so loose that the gears slip and the window will only open.

The 2 short arms are marked 41010B & 31881
The 2 longer arms are marked 41016 & 41013
Only number on bottom of the housing that is readable is 09/17.
We bought the house in 2016 so I do not think that is a date.
If I measure the base across at the metal part I get 4 15/16 inch.
Would like a beige color or white.
