Need to order a new vinyl casement roto operator

Hi,
I'm on the hunt for the correct spec to ordeer to ensure this otherwise good window needs to properly open and close. Seems it's a dual arm oeprator but not 100% confident in what spec I should be ordering. Hoping you can help specifiy and sell me the part. :)

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 39-253RB and 39-439B. These resemble your old assembly, but the best match will depend on the guide used at the end of the arm. Review the specifications along with the video below to see what you think.
